"Jakub did an amazing job. Moved into a new place and whilst the hot water worked, the central heating did not. After a freezing Friday night, decided to find someone who could help on a Saturday. Contacted a few 24/7 heating companies who wanted to charge ridiculous call out fees because it was a weekend. Found 123 Gas by luck and Jakub came through and saved the day. After some troubleshooting, Jakub found the issue and our heating issue was solved. Such a lovely gentleman. Would recommend to anyone."

I received the keys to my new flat just before Easter Weekend and unfortunately realised the boiler wasn’t working and it was freezing cold outside. Our boiler broke down on Thursday morning, and after contacting several companies with no luck (either no response or long wait times until mid‑next week), we called Jakub. Although he couldn’t answer immediately, he called back very quickly, which was reassuring in itself. He was already on another job, but offered to either come later that evening or first thing the next morning. He arrived promptly on Friday morning, listened carefully to what checks we had already carried out (gas supply, pressure, etc.), and within minutes had identified the fault. Jakub then contacted several suppliers to source the required part. When it wasn’t available locally, he ordered it with next‑day delivery and came back on Saturday to fit it.
