"Apex recently completed a major overhaul of a multiple owner tenement roof in Edinburgh. They worked with us to ensure we complied with listed building regs, sourcing compliant slates at a reasonable price. All work was completed to a very high standard, and minor issues caused by 2 storms during the work were resolved swiftly and efficiently. Their communication was excellent, with weekly progress reports and photos. Their pricing and invoicing schedule was very clear and transparent, with no hidden surprises. As expected with any job this size, some issues came to light while work was underway. These were clearly explained and priced very reasonably before additional work was agreed (and were very minor in the grand scheme of things). Overall we were very pleased with the job, the total price came in under what we expected, and I would highly recommend Apex for any roofing work."
