"After visits from 3 architects we immediately knew that we could work with Jens. He was very practical, suggested a variety of configurations and options, was open to our input and reined us in when we perhaps got a little too ambitious given our budget! The additional doorway opening he suggested really helped the flow of the rooms and the feeling of being connected. It initially seemed too much trouble and cost but with the work now finished we are glad we took his advice. The high quality doors in the design really give the finished build a lovely contemporary feel and make the space light filled, warm and bring the outside in. Jens has a warm and wry sense of humour and makes you feel at ease and a valued client. We felt very confident in his abilities and he was very easy to work with. He was professional at all times, guided us through the various stages and processes and most importantly was very accessible if any issues or queries arose. He listened to what we were thinking and then brought further ideas that meant our proposed run-of-the-mill kitchen and bathroom changes became something that are so special I have a smile on my face when I get up in a morning and go into the kitchen.
