"Unable to offer 0 * This firm has gone right down hill. Shocking service both bin collections and office is unhelpful and rude just making excuses for poor service delivery. Company policy to put General Waste in same lorry as Dry Mixed Recycling and when I complained that I would like the service I was paying for -was told its challenging times - challenging enough for them to fail to deliver the service paid for cancelling my contract - cowards. Complaint lodged with Public services ombudsman to be escalated when contract cancellation comes through"

"Waste of time! Heard they were good and was sent to them to help with my utilities signed up filled out questionaire got bombarded with several info emails that I found it hard to understand due to my illness, received a call following my application needs… was told was waiting for support a priority for home visit waited almost 3 months ….after waiting received a 2nd call random tea time on a Friday just say we can’t help you we just give advice, home visits is not something we really do…Not actually sure what help this company provides."

"Contacted my advisor Graeme after a few months to ask about insulating a new home. He advised me he would only do video call. I told him that wasnt possible just at the minute as I was going into a hospital appointment. He noticed it was the Royal Edinburgh Hospital. He told me had no 'desire' to work with people like me. This was all the information he had. Just knowing I was outpatient was enough - he also asked what for. It was stresses induced. I don't think people with a prejudice that strong should work for an organisation like Changeworks. If nothing else, it would a legal issue of discrimination."

"I have contacted this company about their problem with emptying the bins in the Jamaica Mews area and their rubbish trucks never being available. Ironic that they are here every day now early in the morning and sometimes block the lane for traffic. The last four mornings they have been lurking about but not really doing much. Having stayed at a previous address close to them and knowing they have a poor reputation I wonder if they will continue to be here for the foreseeable future every morning."
