Ian arrived when expected, and explained everything he was going to do. Very thorough service and he was also able to solve an issue, as my son had no running hot water. He very kindly explained the boiler controls, timer clocks etc which was very helpful. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Ian and Chaps Heating and Plumbing."
