From the first point of contact their receptionist was helpful and proactive. Within several days I had an extremely knowledgeable and helpful surveyor at my property and then diagnose the problem. The following day he provided a detailed survey report and estimation. The works then commenced and the team who carried out all the preparation and invasive works were extremely considerate, friendly and professional.
