He is proactive in identifying and fixing problems before guests notice and always undertakes a thorough check of the property after guests depart to identify any potential damage quickly (Crucial when some booking websites return the damage deposit within 48 hours). He quite honestly has been an absolute dream to work with, has taken a lot of the stress out of the running for me and has enhanced the service that I offer to my guests.
