"Their tradesman took over 10 weeks to fit my bathroom. I was led to believe by a HomeForce that Red Wolf Property Ltd were experienced bathroom fitters. The only part of the job that went smoothly was the destruction and removal of my existing bathroom. There was no project management involved, which led to numerous negligent oversights. The job consisted of a series of subcontractors appearing at my property on random days and at random times. They didn't communicate with each other, potential problems were ignored until they were problems. The first tiler to work on my bathroom made such a mess and a large portion of the work had to be ripped out and redone. As I had already paid the company more than half the cost of the project and I couldn't find a competent bathroom fitter to replace them, I was stuck with them until they did the job properly. The impression I got from the company was that "finishing" the work was much more of a priority that delivering a high quality result for the customer. I will never trust HomeForce to find me a contractor ever again after this fiasco."
