"Fair Deal Roofing came to my property in March this year to repair the rear roof. They spent the equivalent of around three half days on the job, replacing damaged slates and carrying out repairs for nail rot. I was charged £2,500, and the work was guaranteed. Unfortunately, the roof has since developed a leak while still under the guarantee. I have tried contacting Lee several times by phone and message, but I have received no response and the issue has not been resolved. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this company. A guarantee is only worthwhile if the company is willing to honour it, and I have been left out of pocket with an unresolved problem."

"Lee and his assistant arrived at 8.45 am at my property and started work immediately. The work comprised removing complete sections of old roof guttering at the front and back of the house and replacing them with new ones. The work was completed just after noon and I was pleased with the look of the new gutters.I thought the cost of the work was very reasonable. Lee also did a small plastering repair to the exterior front wall at no extra cost."
