"Step daughter just moved into new flat. Discovered the front door lock not working. Yesterday I tried unsuccessfully to change the tumbler. Scott was able to come same day and discovered a broken drill bit in the mechanism! He managed to fit new secure lock … excellent job! Would highly recommend"
"Just had Scott out to fix an issue with our front door. Scott was very professional and polite, he managed to sort the issue for us right away and very quickly. Definitely would recommend Scott to anyone who’s having issues with locks"
"The locksmith who helped me was a slightly chubby gentleman, sorry that I forgot his name. But He demonstrated excellent professional skills in unlocking the door and had a great sense of humor, which made me feel truly warm and at ease. On top of that, the price was very fair and affordable, leaving me extremely satisfied. Thank you so much to the locksmith for your outstanding service"
"Scott is a really nice guy to deal with. I'd just moved into a house a wanted all the locks changed. He popped round quickly on a Tuesday to review what I needed. The locks needed to be ordered so there was a bit of uncertainty about when they could be fitted, but he came Friday to do some of the locks, and Saturday to fit the final one. Very happy with the final job."
