"First used Intelligent Heating & Gas in 2020, originally for a system boiler & unvented cylinder installation as the old ACV unit was on its last legs. They were middle of the road price wise from the quotes received. Did a first rate job. Gerri was always on time and put in a full days work. Had Gerri back in 2022 to move the boiler to a different location (kitchen to garage). Same experience as original install. Next piece of work was to install a secondary return this year (2026). This was using pre-existing pipework, that was installed for the old boiler, but was never connected up. It turned out to be more work than expected as the pipework had an air block. It took a few hours of extra effort for Gerri to fix (and a few trips into a confined crawl space), but he honoured the original quote. Gerri has returned for annual boiler and cylinder services in the meantime. Also asked Gerri to look at my elderly (now late) mothers very old baxi system as her heating and hot water weren't working. Gerri fixed it at very short notice. It required a motorised valve replacement. Only positives from my experience with Gerri. Punctual, reliable, friendly, conscientious and customer focussed. He's also happy to offer advice for my DIY projects!"
