"Setup was easy. So was booking the tests. The contractors were all proffesional and friendly. However a few things had to be fixed for the tests to pass and I found the scheduling of these a bit all over the place. Work was done without cost being mentioned or an invoice given, only finding about it when they told me my account had a pending payment days later. I was also told that another contractor would get back to me "within the week". A week and a half later I got in touch only to be schedule an appointment for a week after that. Hoping it just works out as we are on a tight time schedule. and easy. Had a small scheduling issue but it was no problem to get in touch with them to sort it out"
