Mark was a wealth of knowledge, and quickly put my mind at ease once he had chance to investigate what was causing issue. 2 SP engineers had no idea what problem was. If Mark had not took the time to properly investigate errors made by this company, I would likely have been without electricity for more than the two days already suffered without. Excellent job.
