My Beautiful Kitchen and Bathroom, Edinburgh Showroom

"Well, I can't speak highly enough of MBKB. Not sure I've ever had the fortune to meet a company and staff who are just so passionate and supportive but most importantly, really nice people. I've been taken care of from day 1 and given multiple opportunities to change things or stick to things. Ultra flexible. The showroom was great and had a really good range of things to provoke ideas and it's planned to within an inch of its life which makes such a positive difference to both finances and confidence. The fitting was unreal! Stuart and his team are absolute dynamite! 4 days start to finish (and my place isn't straight forward)! Such nice guys, very hard working, talented, great chat, asked questions, listened. They did everything so well and explained it as they went which was just wonderful! Very meticulous cleanup operation as well. Made sure it was absolutely spotless and in showroom condition upon completion. They go above and beyond. Honestly, I never expected I'd get this excited but I genuinely am. I wish I had two bathrooms to do up, I've had such fun! If you are looking for a bathroom and want easy, quality, craftsmanship and support / problem solving, look no further. Amazing! Thanks all who were involved. "Wanted a "one stop shop", who would design, supply and install an aging bathroom, my beautiful kitchen and bathroom did this. The design was validated by a surveyor and installed very professionally. Choice is a bit overwhelming but the designer helped in selecting the correct materials. The communications are excellent, keeping us updated with progess and following up after installation. Ryan and Paul (installers) were very professional and the attention to detail makes the finished job excellent. Would recommend if you want a hassle free bathroom"

"Do not use this company! Our experience with My Beautiful has been extremely disappointing and I would urge anyone considering using them to seriously consider other options. Their "recommended" fitter was unprofessional, the work carried out was unacceptably poor, and the company does not take complaint remediation seriously. From the beginning of the fitting, the experience provided by our fitter (Steven) was totally unprofessional. They frequently delayed work or failed to arrive for the day on very short notice without communicating. The work took over a month to complete, and at the end of the job the fitters left our garden full of waste and rubble for a further month to the point that neighbours were threatening to report us to the council. Additionally, the fitters also managed to lose our key for the shared back green. Even once the work was complete, the bathroom was left in a dirty and cosmetically unsuitable state: there were pencil marks all over the ceiling, one of the recessed lightbulbs was left hanging loose, and there was tile adhesive left on every single tile. The cosmetic issues were annoying but resolvable. However, there were also several major functional issues with the bathroom. The grouting on the floor has cracked substantially and needs redone, one of the shower boxes has been installed flat so that water pools in it, and the bath was left damaged and chipped during installation. We have been unable to get the company to take these complaints seriously and remediate the poor work, to the point that we are on the brink of taking them to court under Scottish Simple Procedure law. While they have admitted fault for the issues, no resolution has been reached despite the issues being known to them for nearly 4 months now. To reiterate, our treatment by My Beautiful has been abysmal and you should run a mile rather than use this company. Don't make the same mistake as us! Attached are pictures showing: poor quality fit and finish of cupboard units; flat shower box leading to water pooling, cracked grouting, damaged tap and bath during installation"

"I now have my own beautiful bathroom, thanks to My Beautiful bathroom and Ryan Whyte joinery & plumbing for fitting it within 4 days. A totally top job. All the staff I dealt with were so nice too, with no hard sell just listened to what I was looking for and everyone delivered an excellent and beautiful bathroom that I am chuffed to bits about. 12/10 from me and 5 well deserved stars! Highly recommend.."

"What an amazing experience from start to finish! The choice was amazing and ohr designer helped make it easy to pick what we wanted and offer brilliant and practical advice along the way. The fitting team were second to none and I cannot praise them highly enough. Brilliant communication all along the way from a lovely and friendly team checking that everything was right at each stage. And on top of all this it was very, very reasonably priced. Delighted! And now we have a beautiful bathroom in time for Christmas."
