"Intimidating and aggressive driving seems to be a pattern for this company, as noted in previous reviews. The driver recently harassed me, a solo female motorist, by honking incessantly in gridlock traffic (where am I going to go?!) This behaviour is a terrible reflection of the business and if they lack basic respect on the road, they shouldn't be trusted in your home. Avoid!"

"I had an electrical issue which another firm had originally come in to repair, but only managed to mask over the issue. Despite contacting them to come back to sort I didn't receive a prompt response so contacted N Watt & Son instead. They provided a same day service, taking longer to work through and identify the true route of the issue...and rectify some unnecessary steps the previous electrician had taken which left us minus one plug socket and appliances. Really impressed with the service and Sandy took the time to explain the issue and offer advice. And all done at considerably less than the original firm who were extortionate! Would recommend and will definitely use again."

"Rory and Darren did a complete refurbishment of our en-suite shower. They fitted a new bar mixer shower and larger tray, replaced tiles with boards, and installed a bi-fold door. The footprint of the cubicle was increased by removing an unnecessary ledge. Carpet protector was laid, all waste removed and at completion the en-suite hoovered. The job took two and a half days to complete and cost as estimated. The shower looks really good and the workmanship is very professional. Rory is a good communicator and the work started sooner than expected. He and Darren are very efficient, pleasant and polite. I would certainly use N Watt & Son again and recommend them."
