"We used this company for electrical investigation work and an associated repair. The work itself was carried out professionally, but there was quite a lot of back-and-forth and the overall cost came to £685, which felt significant for what was largely investigation work. We subsequently needed clarification about the findings so that another electrician could carry out the remedial work. Unfortunately, our emails were initially unanswered, which was frustrating and delayed us getting the work arranged. However, once we escalated the matter, Simon, the director, responded personally, apologised for the delay and provided the diagram we needed, which was helpful and appreciated. So, while the follow-up could certainly have been better, they ultimately resolved our query and provided the information we needed. A mixed experience overall."
