He removed a fireplace, re-plastered the wall, sourced new skirting board to the specification of the original, and re-wired the sockets on the wall to be higher and off the skirting board. I'd been putting off removingthe fireplace because I was worried it would involve lots of different tradesman, but Derek handled everything very efficiently.
