"Very satisfied with the service from Pentland Roofing replacing a flat room on an extension. They were quick to come out and provide a quote and then arrange to do the work. There ended up being more work due to the roof being in a worse state than initially anticipated (which wasn't surprising given it hadn't be well-maintained over the last 20+ years). They showed me the issues with the insulation under the roof and rotting timbers and clearly explained the additional work that needed to be carried out. "Recently had to use Pentland Roofing after moving to a new house and the roof required a complete overhaul. I sought many quotes and chose Pentland because they were enthused to do the job, knowledgeable and offered me (who knows nothing about roofs) lots of genuine advice on how best to do the job. Ross, Dean and the team were excellent throughout the works and attentive to every detail. On the 2nd day, after the roof had been completely stripped of tiles in preparation for the re-roofing, we experienced a torrential rain storm (a months rain in 2 hours), Ross, Dean & Chris came straight back to the job in the late evening and made sure the roof was suitably watertight so as not to incur any water damage. The works took around 3 weeks, as quoted by Ross and we're ecstatic with the finish. Apart from keeping the weather out, the attention to detail really shows and the roof is now something that is aesthetically pleasing. Wouldn't hesitate in recommending to family & friends!"
