"The project involved the rip out of an old fashioned/non-compliant loft conversion (circa 1970s) followed by a full refurb to create a modern, spacious and bright loft room for our family to enjoy in years to come. Jim visited our property to inspect the job and quickly offered a competitive quote for the work and was able to start the work promptly. Work was completed quickly and to a high standard with minimal complications. Any issues encountered were raised by Jim which we were appreciative of as it allowed us to consider how to proceed and ensure we did things in the right sequence. Jim and his team were polite and friendly as well as being helpful throughout the project. Jim offered ideas and advice and when additional work was needed, Jim was accommodating to help at reasonable additional cost. As a family, we are delighted with the loft conversion provided by Pinnacle Lofts. It is a fantastic room transformation, completed to a high standard. "Just had our attic conversion finished and we are very happy with the end result. Jim was able to offer a very fair price and start work quickly and made regular (almost daily) site visits and kept us up to date on how work was progressing and plans for following week. Everyone who worked on different aspects (joinery, plumbing and roofing) were very friendly, professional and tidy. They could be relied on to complete their jobs to a high standard which made it easy to live in the house at the same time as work progressed. I particularly appreciated the open discussions that we were able to have about choices of finish e.g. type of staircase, doors and eves access hatches rather than just being presented with something we did not want or was not to our taste. Initially it felt daunting undertaking a big project but everything went smoothly and we are very happy with how the project went and the end result!"

"Pinnacle lofts were engaged to convert a loft in our Victorian tenement creating a bedroom, studio and an en-suite bathroom. Right from the start of the process there was a lot of communication to get everything ready for the start which was a big contrast with a lot of the other companies who gave us quotes who didn’t seem to want the work. Jim was very knowledgeable about all parts of the process and managed to get everything happening in good time. The work has just been finished and although it took a bit longer than we were expecting initially, it all went pretty smoothly and we are very happy with the final quality of the work. The various tradespeople Jim got to do the work were all excellent and very friendly and considerate, we were happy to have them in our house while we were living there with them working around us, as well as while we were away to enable them to do the really messy work. Overall, we have been really happy with the whole project and a very grateful to Jim and his team for their hard work."

"A*** Great work from Pinnacle lofts. Would recommend. On time, well organised and fairly priced. We had a full loft conversion, so attic floor levelled and laid, seven velux and a skylight installed, a staircase measured and installed, and the stud walls framed. Jim and his team at Pinnacle Lofts really helped me out of a jam when the previous builders were a no show. The joiners and roofers were excellent, work was too a high standard, done efficiently and quickly. Jim knows his business and the regulations really well. He's quick on the phone which made it easy to get qoutes for new work, allowing me to figure out my budgets and what work left I could afford to get done. Our job was unusual in that I had 2nd hand velux windows, and ex. flooring that was extra thick at 38mm! But none of that was a problem and team installed it all brilliantly. Now floor is rock solid and we saved a bunch of money on windows. We also had a pandemic mid way which was very stressful, but eventually when rules allowed we picked things up and the teams all took necessary pp precautions. As this was my first building project I greatly appreciated that Jim took the time to go through the stages and gotchas along the way. We still have a little ways to go with insulation and plastering which we will hopefully get Pinnacle back for."

"Jim carried out a major refurb of a two bedroom tenement flat for us. Jim showed a keen interest in carrying out the work, offering a competitive quote and a quick start date. The work was started on the agreed date and carried out by excellent trades men. Jim supervised every step, ensuring that the work was carried out to a high standard and at a good pace. As to be expected with a refurb of an old building some problems with the build were encountered along the way, however Jim saw to it that they were remedied and we were left with an excellent job, finished to a high standard. My only minor reservation with Jim was the high level of deposit required at the beginning of the build, however he proved more than trustworthy and provided us with receipts for all cash paid."
