"Whist cycling in a residential area van aggressively pulled out in front of me and I had to take evasive action to not crash into them. They saw me, but decided that I was less important than them getting to work 10 seconds earlier. If they show this lack of care and disregard for others when out in public in a branded vehicle, then they'll not be taking care of your plastering or plumbing."

"Had organised to come to our flat to plaster the walls of our cupboard. We had informed Stuart that it was time sensitive as we were getting the boiler removed on the Tuesday and it needed to be plastered the following day in order to give it enough time to dry. He came in the morning 2 days later and applied bonding. He stated he would come back after a couple of hours to plaster and he never returned. He has been uncontactable since, despite multiple attempts to contact him. I have now been left with a half done cupboard and the boiler cannot be fixed onto the walls due to the bonding. If this was a family emergency that caused this absence I would have been understanding however the complete lack of contact is entirely unprofessional. If I could give 0 stars I would."

"Works was agreed in Nov/Dec 2021 to start Mar/April 2022 when weather was good as outside job. Unfortunately communication was poor and kept being promised start dates that never happened. Resulting in me having to source another contractor as Stuart never acknowledged my messages."
