"Awful customer service. We dealt with the owner, Ryan, who was very aggressive. He was extremely nice when taking our business but became unprofessional and dismissive afterward. Communication was poor throughout, making it difficult to get clear updates or resolutions. On top of that, they kept adding extra costs that were never discussed upfront. Overall, a frustrating and disappointing experience—would not recommend."

"Company installed a new CCTV System and Alarm System. From start to finish they were amazing. Courtesy messages sent each day with Time Of Arrival, worked very hard whilst here taking care of our property and the inside of our home. Once installed the men took the time to give tutorial and to make sure we were confident with our new systems. Aftersale message to check we are happy and everything to our satisfaction. I would highly recommend this company. We are delighted."

Duncan arrived on time and asked if I would like him to pop on his shoe covers( nice touch ) . After showing him around all our sensors and keypad we left him to it . "Stay away from RG Fire & Security. I noticed their other negative reviews however I hoped I would have been okay. Definitely not. Very poor quality products and very inexperienced staff with no standards. When I was unhappy with the service I received, I contacted the company, only to be faced with more staff who were uninterested and unhelpful. I have now paid a different company to come out and replace the system RG installed. The owner clearly has no qualifications in this line of work and has thought up a business he can hide behind to make some money. Stay away."
