"My job was to fix and replace misaligned or broken tiles from my roof. My experience with this company was less than ideal but they got most of the job done in the end. I am always anxious at hiring a new company and initally the surveyor made me feel at ease. The quotes that came back had mistakes on them (e.g. wrong address) but this was resolved very quickly and promptly by the admin team. When it came to the work however, the orignal team serving my property were initially polite, but when the work started my concerns increased. Not only did they have debris that kept falling on my conservatory roof from height that at times I was concerned was going to damage it, but on initial inspection, they missed a fair few of the tiles that were noticeably damaged. Some they told me were "just shadows" but I did manage to catch a few they could not contest. I emailed the office team to express my disappointment and they very promptly dealt with the situation. They did get the initial surveyor back out once the orignal team left and we jointly agreed that there was a little more they could do (concerning around the chimney). They were very quick to resolve the next day, although I do sadly think there are a couple of tiles that look like they need replacing still. I received the invoice which is higher than the original quotation and had to query. However this was resolved to the correct price. All in all, although I have had a mixed experience, I believe this company can generally be trusted with work such as this."
