"After spending over 4k on turning an upstairs cupboard into a WC , we haven't been able to use the toilet in there for about a year due to leaking behind the panel and outside waste pipe which if used basically leaks toilet water down the wall of the house. Upon fitting this WC Jamie & his 2 other workers spent multiple times returning back to our house to repair stuff, leak issue including replacing the new toilet system, filling a hole in the wall that they accidentally created by drilling into one of my bedrooms etc. You get a 5 year warranty apparently from Jamie however he hasn't returned my message from last August after agreeing to come out to fix the leak we get when toilet is flushed. paid over 4k for a toilet we can't use and if we get another plumber in to fix and examine their work then it can forfeit the warranty. Jamie was a pleasant bloke, however I cannot recommend his workmanship or plumbing skills. I've taken time to leave a review in the hope he would reply to my last few messages and help get it sorted but as this is not the case then I've felt the need to share this experience with Swans Plumbing and Gas Ltd. We are looking into legal advice however his company is DISSOLVED from September 2025 on company records so he should not be trading anymore."

"Fantastic prompt service by Jamie who carried out plumbing and gas work for me at extremely short notice. He went above and beyond and I was so impressed. A genuinely nice chap who clearly knows what he is doing. I would 100% recommend his services."

"Jamie put in a new shower for us a year ago. It started leaking a month ago, dripping into the flat below. The neighbours are angry quite rightly. I messaged Jamie and he said he would come and sort the problem when he got back from holiday, but unfortunately that hasn't happened. He has also stopped replying to our messages and returning our calls. The tray has a hairline crack and the sealant coming away. We are so stuck - it's so expensive to get someone else in to sort the mistakes of another plumber. We had hoped Jamie would be fair and do his best to resolve the problem. I am hoping he will see this review and do the decent thing."

"I unexpectedly needed my boiler replaced and relocated, I was delighted that Jamie and his team were able to come the next day to carry the job out. They stayed until the job was done, got me back up and running in 1 day! They were able to manage all aspects of the job, and showed real skill in how neatly they were able to get under floors etc. They are great guys, kept the place clean, and all for a good price. Highly recommend! I will 100% be coming back to Jamie in the future :)"
