"From sales to installation. The team at East Kilbride made the whole process very easy. It's a big expense to replace all windows at home. So the home visit was a bonus. There was no pressure & Stephen (sales) talked me through several designs & options which made the decision even easier for me. The installation date was quicker than expected. So that was a nice surprise. The job would take 2 days. The installation team David & Michael were fab. They arrived at a civilised time & just cracked on with the job.
