"The true measure of a company, much like that of a person, is their behaviour - not just when things go well but their reaction to a problem. Having hand sifted 8 bags of gravel by hand our family were left with half a bag of sand and dust gross. My husband made contact by telephone and to be fair they acknowledged the quality problem and assured us that the bag would be picked up by the end of that week. This did not happen - he then wrote by email. No response!! Finally on Wednesday of this past week I telephoned and once again was assured that the bag would be collected. The gentleman even confirmed my mobile number and promised to call me back!!! Hmm !!! Here we are on Saturday morning with half a tonne of dust sitting in our drive and the family showing up for a major event in 24 hours. Thanks Building Supply - just the Silver Wedding Anniversary present I needed."
