"I employed Vetro to change all our windows to our house in the Harbour in Dunbar, they fitted Aluminium framed double glazing and also replaced some concrete cills. The installation wasn’t entirely straight forward and they did encounter some problems. What really impressed me was the way they dealt with the issues, nothing was a problem and I found the install manager James along with his team extremely competent and professional as well as being throughly nice chaps. On another property I own, I employed a different local installer who basically completed the worst standard of install I have ever come across, it was extremely upsetting as a family member lives in this particular property, I asked Vetro for their help to put the issues right which they did brilliantly. It’s always challenging to put another’s work right and this was something understandably they don’t usually do. Matt’s information and help in planning was excellent, the guys that installed the doors were expert and the installation was problem-free and their work efficient. Our bifolding doors are fabulous! They are a quality product, they are solid and substantial and they are beautiful. We opted for the blinds that are situated within the double glazing and these are great, with no need for dusting or cleaning. The service and communication was excellent from beginning to end.
